In its 2010 special issue, “Best of Big D: The Top Places to Eat, Drink and Play in Dallas”, D Magazine editors selected Frisco’s own Zen Luxury Nail and Beauty Bar as the best manicure/pedicure.

Not merely “a very good one among a dozen salons in Dallas”… the best in the Metroplex.

Zen was the only Frisco business selected for recognition in the “Best of Big D” services section, so this is a huge nod. Most of the other “Best of” picks are located in Uptown, West Village, HP, Knox-Henderson.

In a city where beauty means everything, it says a lot for our local shop to be the cream of the crop.

And this probably didn’t surprise Zen one bit, since they’ve been written up by just about every stylish mag in Dallas.

Congrats, Zen Beauty Bar — and thanks for revealing to the rest of the Metroplex that sophisticated, high-quality services can in fact be found in Frisco.

(Clearly, we need a Savvy excursion to investigate the chops of this top nail shop, n’est-ce pas?)
