Workout Worldwide

FullThrotleLogoHave you ever felt a burning need to work out in a boot-camp format alongside several thousand other people?

Me neither.

But, even though I don’t do the whole exercise thing, I know all y’all healthy folks do. And of course we do like charity events.

So, check out this chance to participate in a worldwide workout event that is also a fundraiser for the American Heart Association! Full Throttle Athletics in Frisco has been selected as one of the remote sites for Workout Worldwide, taking place this Saturday, January 9 at 10:00 am. The event is attempting to set a Guinness World Record for “largest international simultaneous fitness boot camp workout.”

Participants at the Full Throttle site will receive a digital home fitness training system, in addition to the workout itself. Full Throttle will also be giving away boot camp memberships and fitness programs, as raffle prizes during the event. Learn more about the event here, or contact Kori at Full Throttle for more information.

You can knock out both your “get healthy” and “give to charity” resolutions in one morning!
