Even if you haven’t lived in Texas very long, you’ve surely learned of the local beers of which we are so proud. One of the most beloved is Shiner, brewed right down in Shiner, Texas at the Spoetzl Brewery.

Shiner is celebrating their centennial this year, and in addition to several commemorative beer flavors, they are also having some fab events— which of course is where we come in!

The Shiner Director of Brewing Operations will be at Zea Woodfire Grill (DNT and the Tollway) on Thursday, October 29 to oversee a special dinner, with each course carefully paired with a Shiner “varietal.”

There will be passed hors d’oeuvres plus four courses. We’ve seen the menu and the only word for it is YUM.

The dinner starts at 6:30 pm, and is $45 plus tax and tip. Reservations are required and seating is limited, so call Julie today at 972-265-7944.
