Saks Fifth Avenue at Willowbend is having a fragrance event on Saturday, October 10. There will be sparkles and bling. Here’s how it works:

Saks is bringing in crystal artisan Natalee Ridenhour for the day. She will customize your fragrance purchase with Swarovski crystals; Natalee has dozens of colors and sizes of crystals, and her work is dazzling (literally!). So any bottle of scent that you buy from Saks that day, you can have gemmed up for an extra-sparkly presentation.  You can also get other gifts done up, such as candles or compacts.

This would be a great holiday gift for the bling-lover in your life— an opulent, personalized perfume bottle, or compact mirror… that will glam up her vanity long after the scent is gone.

Natalee has great ideas for what to put on your item, based on the design and recipient. You could do an initial monogram, a stylized swirl design.  If you can’t decide, you could always do a crystal fleur-de-lis.
